This is a good debate.
Can anyone posting here show me a scientific study that proves teaching stationary serving without jumping is a faster and better way to develop serve technique in children?
As opposed to teaching jumping first or integrated into the rhythm of the arms early on?
I am not aware of any such study, nor how one could be designed efficaciously.
I’m talking about a tennis specific scientific study.
Thank you
