This helps to spin their hips, and to develop the elasticity and parabolic swing path that typifies modern stroke mechanics.<\/p>\n<p>Players can learn dynamic balance by jumping and stabilizing themselves on landing at the stroke completion.<\/p>\n<p>Teaching jumping into groundstrokes and training balance are not mutually exclusive.<\/p>\n<p>Please share your
