At Home High Performance Tennis Training – Prodigy Maker Show Episode 38

As the world continues to face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, tennis players have been forced to adapt to new ways of training. With many tennis facilities closed or limited in capacity, at-home training has become an important way for serious players to maintain their skills and fitness. In this blog, tennis coach Chris Lewit shares his insights and secrets for at-home tennis training.

According to Chris, there are three key priorities for at-home tennis training: cardio, technique, and mental focus. Cardio should be the most important focus, as it is the foundation of fitness and endurance on the court. Technique is also important and can be developed through repetition and visualization exercises. Mental focus can be developed through mindfulness and visualization techniques.
