
Most tennis coaches agree that hitting against a wall is a good way to become a better player. I see that as a direct contradiction to the First 4 Shots Myth promoted everywhere now based on statistical analysis and average rally length data.
Although I guess I could train the first 4 shots against the wall and do short sequences.
Is hitting against a wall good or bad?
