Note from Chris:  Discipline or disciplina is an important principle for both players and coaches.  The Spanish drill systems are set up to make players suffer and persevere.  The coach and player must BOTH have discipline to work through the drills and maximize their benefit.

Pato Alvarez is regarded as one of the greatest coaches in the world and has demonstrated extreme discipline in his life by relentlessly helping his students succeed and dedicating his whole life and focus to his players.  He can still be found teaching at the Sanchez-Casal Academy in Barcelona.
